Counseling appointments are available Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Friday is an administrative day and Ms. Gunther is available by phone only.  The initial counseling session is $140 and subsequent visits are $110 per session, which is 50-55 minutes in length.  At the end of each session, payment is due either by cash, personal check, or credit/debit card.  Ms. Gunther will file claims on your behalf and if benefits are assigned directly to her, you are only responsible for your co-payment amount and any fees not covered by your insurance.  Except in the event of an emergency, 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment or there is a $25 fee, which will not be reimbursed by insurance.
